Conhecer o meme que tá bombando, saber qual é o próximo hit do Verão, ter escutado o novo álbum daquele(a) cantor(a) pop inteirinho e estar em dia com as séries mais descoladas do momento não representa problema algum. Afinal, entretenimento, lazer e diversão também são dimensões das nossas vidas que precisam de atenção.
Agora, ter contato com alguns conteúdos fundamentais sobre conhecimentos gerais, política e meio ambiente também é algo que a gente não pode deixar pra segundo plano.
Muito mais do que estudar pra fazer um vestibular, estudar pra ir bem na redação do Enem ou para ser aprovado num concurso público e alcançar aquele emprego supostamente estável, o conhecimento também serve pra influenciar as nossas decisões a serem mais críticas, deixar nossos argumentos bem fundamentados, nos tirar da ignorância que faz muitas pessoas acreditarem na versão única sobre determinado fato, confrontar as fake news (notícias falsas) e também para que possamos compartilhar esse conhecimento com outras pessoas sempre que necessário. E antes que eu me esqueça: ajuda a não passar pela vergonha de ocuparmos um dos mais altos cargos – que define as diretrizes políticas de meio ambiente e sustentabilidade – sem conhecer as personalidades mais emblemáticas que defenderam relevantes pautas socioambientais do país: a preservação da floresta Amazônica.

Que diferença faz quem é o Chico Mendes nesse momento?!” são alguns exemplos de falas grosseiras que, além de terem sido reprovadas pela comunidade científico-ambiental também repercutiu amplamente na imprensa nacional.
